We held an authentic southern style barbeque with grilled spare ribs, chicken, sausage and steak. Finally we opened several different expressions of various red varietals and chose three past wine of the month winners for the 2007 BBQ Wine Collection that matched best.

Each of these wines are hand-crafted limited production artisan wines that are generally not available in retail stores.

Packaged in a beautiful straw-lined red gloss gift box complete with 4 recipes for authentic specialty BBQ sauces hand selected by our very own wine and BBQ expert Arkansas Mike. These big three dry and spicy California reds will stand up perfectly to the sauces and your gift recipient smile.
