Anime Prosecco is a sparkling wine from Conegliano in the Veneto region of Italy, made from the grape varietal Prosecco. By Italian law, Prosecco may be still, crackling or fully sparkling. This ancient Roman varietal can produce wines that are sweet or dry. Anime Prosecco is not bone dry but delightfully crisp and refreshing, with just a touch of sweetness. The perfect wine for entertaining, especially this time of year!

Anime Prosecco is a pale straw yellow in color with a pleasant nose of peaches, apples, almonds and mineral notes. Crisp and bright, moderately dry with medium body, this sparkler offers lively flavors of apples, peaches, almonds and baked bread. It is fruit-forward and very well balanced, with a clean, refreshing finish.

Enjoy Anime Prosecco as an apéritif (or the ultimate Bellini with peach liqueur), and with chicken salad, shellfish, filet of sole and mild desserts.
