Wilderotter Viognier is a wine lover’s treat in a big, full-bodied white wine. Jay Wilderotter has 40 acres of vineyards in the Shenandoah Valley of Amador County. This wine is a very small production, 100% estate-bottled.

Wilderotter Viognier is amber gold in color with an intense aroma of violets, pears, honeysuckle and citrus blossom. Full-bodied with moderate acidity, the wine offers rich flavors of apricot, lychee nut, pear and spice, with well-integrated oak. It is elegant and complex, beautifully balanced, with a rich and lingering finish.

Enjoy Wilderotter Viognier over the next 5-6 years as a perfect aperitif wine and a great complement to shellfish, roast chicken, roast pork, grilled snapper, lobster, and cheeses.
