In a short eight years since taking over the family winery in 1999, Peter & Christoph Munzenrieder have transformed Weingut PMC into a true star in the Burgenland region of Austria. 2005 PMC Eiswein, a cuvee of Pinot Blanc and Gruner Veltliner, is a stunning expression of Peter & Christoph Munzenrieder's talent: a gorgeous nose of stone fruit, white peach and mineral tones is follow by lychee, honey and almond notes in the mouth. Extremely long, this wine combines the textural pleasures of a TBA with the vibrant acidity only possible in an Eiswein.
