Wally's Hut was built on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River in the 1860's to shelter a lone boundary rider who rode the fenceline of this vast grazing property. This landscape has been transformed by vines, but Wally's Hut still stands as the rider's legacy.

Wally's Hut Chardonnay is straw yellow in color with aromas of peach, melon, citrus and vanilla. Crisp and dry with medium body, the wine offers rich flavors of apple, peach, citrus, melon, almond, and vanilla, with a nice touch of oak. It is ready to enjoy now and over the next 4-5 years. The finish is crisp and smooth.

Enjoy Wally's Hut Chardonnay as an apéritif wine and with BBQ shrimp, grilled chicken, baked halibut, turkey, and cheeses.

Packaged with screw cap to eliminate the threat of tainted corks and premature oxidation.
