Sipavola is a robust red blend from Sicily, a region with a long tradition of winemaking, where hot, dry summers ripen grapes to intense flavors. This red wine is 65% Nero d'Avola and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy!

Sipavola Rosso di Sicilia is dark brick red in color with aromas of black cherries, blackberries, spice and floral notes. It is medium-bodied with moderate acidity and soft tannins, offering flavors of black cherry, blackberry, leather and spice, with a light touch of oak. Food-friendly and easy to drink, the wine is nicely balanced, soft and smooth on the finish.

Enjoy Sipavola with grilled steak, pasta with sausage and cream sauce, and grilled vegetables.
