Sipacha Garnacha is a new discovery from the Calatayud appellation within the Aragon region of northeast Spain. It is a beautiful expression of the Grenache varietal.

Sipacha Garnacha is dark ruby red in color with a nose of black cherries, plums, raspberries, and spice. Medium-full in body with bright acidity and soft tannins, the wine offers ripe flavors of black cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and spice. Richly textured and intense, it is well balanced to enjoy young, over the next 4-5 years. The finish is smooth and firm.

Enjoy Sipacha Garnacha with leg of lamb, paella, seafood, grilled vegetables, and cheeses.
