California Pinot Noir simply doesn't get any more exciting than this ultra-small production effort. Sarah's Vineyard Proprietor Tim Slater and Winemaker Dave Heiber are dedicated to low-yield grape growing, producing intense wines like this superb Pinot Noir Estate. Fewer than 500 cases produced, unfined and unfiltered.

Sarah's Vineyard Pinot Noir Estate is satin red in color with a nose of black cherry, black raspberry, vanilla, smoke, and earth notes. Medium-bodied with soft tannins, this elegant red offers rich flavors of cherries, black raspberries, vanilla, spice, and oak. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, 65% new, the wine is well balanced in fruit, acidity and tannins. It is palate-coating on the lingering finish.
