Peter Stolleis Riesling Kabinett trocken Haardter Herzog is a beautiful expression of the noble Riesling grape. The "kabinett" designation in the German wine system is the first level of ripeness, and "trocken" means the winemaker made the wine in a very dry style. With its gorgeous nose, beautifully balanced acidity, fruit and sugar, it's not easy to put a glass of this Riesling down for long! Perfect summertime white.

Peter Stolleis Riesling Kabinett Trocken Haardter Herzog is yellow-green in color with a nose of apricots, lychee nuts, grapefruit and mineral notes. Light/medium in body, it is slightly off-dry with ripe fruit and sweetness balanced by bright acidity. Rich flavors of peaches, red currants, lychees and grapefruit tantalize the palate and linger long and rich on the finish.

Peter Stolleis Riesling Kabinett Trocken Haardter Herzog is a beautiful food wine ideal as an apéritif and with pan-fried trout, spicy Asian dishes and mild cheeses.
