Paulinshof Brauneberger Kammer Riesling Auslese feinherb is a treat for the Riesling lover. Gault Millau crowned this producer "Top Three Semi-Dry Producers of Germany" in 2003. Alles Ueber Wein, a prominent European publication, named Paulinshof "Winery of the Year" in 2000. These are only a few of the accolades bestowed upon this producer with a history dating back to the year 936, whose wines were favored by Thomas Jefferson.

Paulinshof's top site is Brauneberger Kammer, a 0.37 hectare monopole vineyard characterized by red slate soil. Christa and Klaus Jungling, alongside their son Oliver, favor a style with a level of extract rarely seen in Mosel wines and reminiscent of top Austrian Wachau sites in style and flavor profile, but with the added twist of high iron content soil.
