Moulin Pouilly-Fuissé Clos Reissier from Les Vins du Moulin is a fine example of the appellation, which is perhaps the most well-known white wine of the Macon region of Burgundy. The grapes were picked by hand.

Moulin Pouilly-Fuisse Clos Reissier is soft yellow-green in color with a nose of green apples, peaches, citrus, limestone, and floral notes. This white Burgundy is medium-full in body, dry with crisp acidity and flavors of apple, peach, lemon, and spice, with a touch of oak. Layered and complex with nicely balanced fruit and acidity, it is crisp and clean on the finish.
