Wine of Origin Paarl, South Africa

This is not your everyday South African Chenin Blanc! Frog Hill is produced by Anura Vineyards, situated between Paarl and Stellenbosch in the foothills of the Simonsberg mountain range in an ideal microclimate for the production of expressive, aromatic wines. The Bouma family has owned Anura since 1990, producing award-winning wines. Anura Vineyards has 110 hectares under vineyards with predominately noble red varieties.

Frog Hill Chenin Blanc is yellow-green in color, light-medium in body with crisp acidity and a nose of citrus, tropical fruits and floral notes. Clean and food-friendly, this refreshing white wine offers flavors of pineapple, lemon, guava, and citrus, with no oak. It is nicely balanced with a crisp, clean finish.

Enjoy Frog Hill Chenin Blanc over the next 4-5 years with steamers, grilled shrimp, filet of sole, chicken salad, and mild cheeses.
