Domaine Montaude is a family-owned estate in the Minervois appellation of Languedoc. The property covers 30 hectares in the small village of Roquecourbe, near the medieval town of Carcassonne. Produced from very old vines—some over 100 years old.

Domaine Montaude Minervois is dark ruby red in color with a nose of blackberries, cassis, violets, leather, and spice. Dry, soft and smooth with medium body and velvety tannins, this red blend of Carignan, Grenache and Mourvedre delivers flavors of blackberries, black currants, and spice. The wine was aged in new oak barrels for added complexity. Food-friendly and pleasant, it is complex, round and concentrated, with a long, pleasing finish.
