Borsao Tres Picos Garnacha is a perennial Best Buy hailed by many of the world's wine critics as an awesome value. This 2007 vintage of Borsao Tres Picos just received a 90+ point rating from The International Wine Cellar. We consider it one of the many gems of Spanish wine. The grapes come from vineyards that are between 35 and 40 years old. Located on uneven terrain at an altitude of 600 to 700 meters, these vineyards yield under four and a half tons of grapes per hectare, affording superb richness and concentration in the wine.

2007 Borsao Tres Picos Garnacha is cherry red in color, deep and sweet, with medium body. On the nose, there is a boundless bouquet of cherries and ripe red fruits with traces of flowers typical of Garnacha. On the palate, it is rich and well-structured with flavors of blackberries, strawberries, vanilla, plums, and Chocolate notes. Beautifully balanced with sweet tannins, Borsao Tres Picos leaves a long, silky finish. This wine has won over many in store clients. We too find it hard not to uncork this superstar at the end of a day!
